The animal rattled in the tank and drummed,

I played along on my guitar and hummed.

Round the coil, out the tap, the hot water poured,

And inside the Fisher the fire it roared.

A pork roast with oranges is in the oven,

The aromas from it I sure am lovin’.

The heart of my heart is hov’ring round,

Intent on rebuilding me; pound by pound.

Some days I don’t know whatever attracts her.

I ain’t much good since I wrestled that tractor.

My days out of bed can be mind numbing pain,

When I can’t get up, broke bones drive me insane.

One shoulder collapses and then the other,

As I roll onto the pain I am trying to smother.

Until both of my arms and my hands go numb,

Then back to the stove warmth I need to come.

I play my guitar all through the night

As this disabled condition I try hard to fight.

They told me I’d never again use my hand,

Seemed reason enough to start my own band.

But a cripples’ life is not one of bliss,

When you need your wife’s help just to go piss.

Or to wipe your ass when you take a shit,

With silence you endure the humility of it.

Still wanting to dream I got me a claim,

Two hundred bucks and its all in my name.

But these crooked cops run scams in our town

And tried to murder us to bring us down.

An informant of theirs put bullets in our home

At three in the morning he fired on our dome.

So to cover their tracks this foul institution

Used public misfeasance and false prosecution.

Goodyear he acted like a drunken old sot

Said NCO Wendland had his panties in a knot.

About Wendland we’ve had to complain before,

To cover his tracks he just lies like a whore.

We know for a fact the Attorney Generals involved,

Troy Kimber attacked us and the problem was solved.

Psychiatric sessions, offered Victims Assistance to me,

And nothing at all for the other two of us three.

For some strange reason my wife and my son

They don’t think are victims of their twisted fun.

The coward at night missed my boy by two feet,

And the RCMP covered it up for him sweet.

So they tried to murder us and then what the heck,

My disability worker cut off my cheque.

He says he’s investigating the drive by shooting

Wants to know from our claim what metals we’re looting.

When asked how he knows of the attempt to kill us

With a whole lot of bullshit he tries to fill us.

So we get FOIA files back from MHSD

To look into all this, so that we too can see.

Not one thought at all does Pat Clemens give for me

Though he’s paid to mitigate my disability.

He refuses to meet the increase in our rent

He forced us out our home, so off we went.

He said he was all worried about my son

With crocodile tears he shed one by one.

On the honour roll and the principals list,

My boy saw his future opportunities missed.

This creep named Pat Clemens was hired to help,

But a hound of Hell is this lying whelp.

Again and again they accuse us of fraud.

But nothing they find, isn’t that odd?

For years crooked cops work closely with MHSD

Asking any excuse to try and charge me.

Finally to the Ombudsman I complain,

With uttering threats I get charged for my pain.

50,000 copies of it were faxed, emailed and sent,

Trying to call some attention to our predicament.

But Wong is a liar and claimed to the judge,

That Goodyear had seized it, but that is all fudge.

If they tried to murder your family and kill your kid,

Would you do anything different than what I did?

Knowing full well who had tried to kill you,

Would you write a letter or just give him his due?

To sit down and think and then take up a pen

Is that the due diligence of reasonable men?

True RCMP history, it shows they just lie

To cover their crimes when their victims die.

The Crown Shirley Meldrum admitted she lies

With the narrative in the indictment she plies.

They omitted my name from the Registrar’s list

Then charged me claiming the court I had missed.

Why isn’t he there on the list my wife asked the clerk?

She said the Crown wasn’t proceeding after all of our work.

So we took down the docket, signed it and left

Feeling that we were victims of court fraud and theft.

Then Proce he published a defamatory libel,

This guys so crooked he’d lie on a Bible.

Wanted for uttering death threats is what he wrote

Not showing for court claimed his published note.

From Wendland, Proce and Goodyear we’ve had enough

We’d written William Elliot but his job was too tough.

So we sent a complaint to the RCMP Commission

And Reg Burgess whitewashed it with his supervision.

Just look at coincidence, life is sure strange

They turned round and charged me with what I’d complained.

The Ombudsman letter I was charged for two years ago,

Was evidence again, but for new charges though.

We were preparing for Supreme Court to get our claim back,

After investigating themselves the RCMP came to attack.

My appeal went unheard as I couldn’t make it to court,

False charges and jailing me made me easy to thwart.

When you can’t show up to defend yourself now,

You lose the appeal, just through default; that’s how.

Since I was in jail, to the court my wife went,

She said it had been adjourned by mutual consent.

She hadn’t said anything so it wasn’t clear to her,

Who she had consented with, my appeal to aver.

I wrote the Attorney General’s Counsel Leah Greathead

Said you better drop our appeal before we are all dead.

I still have a license for my mining claim,

I just can’t use the property, which is pretty insane.

Clint Zimmerman with Proce came out one day

With trespassing charges and said we couldn’t stay.

My wife started bleeding from all of the stress,

Four caesareans had left her insides a mess.

We told Smith and Zimmerman their orders were in error,

So they rescinded them all after we fled in terror.

This time the old Ombudsman letter, Pontius explained

Was a death threat to two cops who weren’t even named.

Now my attempted murderers’ had me in their Vernon cell

And made good on the chance to make my life Hell.

Then Prosecutor Pontius whom I don’t even know

Stood up and lied and put on quite a show.

Said I would hate him, target him and attack

Truth is I pitied the pathetic lying sack.

Fat and sloppy he looked much like a toad

And hypnotically repeated his lying ode.

Judge McKim bought it because he hadn’t a clue

My unprepared lawyer sat there with nothing to do.

Nothing to do but the heartless little skank

Grabbed two thousand dollars thinking I’m a bank.

Two thousand dollars just to sit there dumb

While my life is destroyed by these lying scum.

A month in maximum security writhing in horrendous pain,

Was punishment for using official channels to complain.

The RCMP will gouge the eyes from disabled men

For asking them questions or using a pen.

Petitioning government for redress in Canada’s a fraud

These crooked Crown Agents all think they are god.

There is no freedom of speech when you charge a man

Changing his words and using the court for your scam.

But it hasn’t stopped me from complaining again

Pontius and Wong will hate me that much is plain

The difference between us is that they lie for pay

While we fight for freedom and a much better day

They make up their lies, say they want my guns

While my full arsenal is but my pen and my puns.

Such cowards as these attack disabled men down

Stuffing their desks with porn and grabbing their butts

Acting like pig dogs and treating ladies like sluts.

First one and then five they settled out of court

Twenty five more now with grievances to sort.

Harassed beyond endurance the pretty cop nearly died

With her own gun in her mouth and a bottle at her side.

But she bucked up and declared this ain’t worth my life

I’m not going to die from their criminal strife.

And I think that lady is an inspiration to me

How to act in the true north to stay strong and free

So to Burgess and Proce, Wendland and Goodyeaar

Go play in your panties and act like you’re all queer.

You tried to murder my family and to cover it all

You attacked and charged me hoping I would fall.

From the NCO of Merritt now busted for coke,

Mountie scams are unravelling as they deal in their dope.

When you’re paid to catch criminals and that’s all that you do,

You can’t play both sides and be criminals too.

You flaunt your authority and put it to criminal use,

Thinking your unarmed victims can’t stop your abuse.

But we Canadians are a determined race

And we wont support your complete lack of grace.

We know you attack us out of desperation

As we fight for freedom while you enslave our nation.

You have all the courts in your pockets its true

The cooperation of clerks and the Sheriff’s too.

But not all judges are crooked and some just won’t twist

Is that why my trial wasn’t on the registrars list?

What if one asks what you were doing on my claim

After I paid the licenses and you stole the same?

Quiet enjoyment of property is a Canadian right.

So lets put the whole story into the light.

When Burgess whitewashed the complaint to the RC

He made some comments that sounded strange to me

Said the bullets were negative, but nothing more plain

Negative for what they didn’t bother to explain.

Did they check the bullets against the water steward’s dogs?

That were stolen and slaughtered by these little hogs?

After she tested the water and found choliform,

Left by the cows that was way above norm.

The police never got back to us about the attack

Said it was none of our business whose shooting our back.

Proce laughed that no one will ever know

Said we have no rights and we’d have to go.

We wonder how much the range rancher paid

To have us removed from our claim where we stayed

We collected pretty rocks and rolled the stones gaily

To make necklaces to sell to feed ourselves daily

We had done nothing wrong, just as John Cox said,

When Proce directed his ire at my head.

He brought up Don Smith after that didn’t work,

Seems he had to look twice to find this little jerk.

He said we’d done nothing wrong and that was a fact

Nothing we were doing violated any act.

But he was stealing our mining claim and couldn’t stop

Cuz he said that his orders came from the top.

That was the same thing Proce always said

As he breeched the peace for his NCO Head.

We didn’t know then that Wendland was his boss,

He just said that his higher ups were very cross.

With no justice in court I put it on youtube to show

The propaganda media is all government controlled

But youtube videos are the real truth home rolled.

Made me the target of RCMP hate

They don’t like you out there exposing their crime

So even their own people they give a hard time.

The Crown wants my guns saying their panties are soiled

But it’s my writing about them that has their blood boiled

They are above the law, why the courts in their pocket,

And they attack anyone that will try to stop it.

Pat didn’t care about the Ombudsman letter I writ

He said in his statement that he wasn’t scared of it

But after they charged me they went to his home one night

And installed an alarm in order to give him a fright

Then they showed him my web pages that did contain

The letters I had written to the Ombudsman in his name

He was all right with helping them while he sat in the dark

But said publishing his crimes had made him a mark

The government gives you an office to complain

But Crown agents don’t like it if you use the same

They say don’t go postal and just write us a letter

But when you use the post office things don’t get better

Pontius says that if you complain about civil servants

You’re hating and targeting them with your evil rants

His malicious prosecution I don’t see as any better

He wants my firearms and jail for writing a letter?

All I wrote to the Ombudsman is how I was feeling

Listed my injuries and asked why Pat was dealing

With the RCMP in order to steal my claim

And so they charged me in order to cover the blame.

So why did they have to change what I wrote?

Said ‘I am going to’ when that’s not in my note?

For some reason when I mention that in my defence

Justice is not only blind, she appears deaf and dense.

Well they’ve charged me twice for the same crime

To cover it up they want double jeopardy time.

But what comes around, goes and I wait for when

The cell they had me in will be decked out for them.

Dear Crown Agent Higher Ups that
can not curb Criminal Constable Proce;

It seems your Henry Proce was not happy with defrauding us
of our mining claim in his ongoing invasions into our lives at his â€˜higher upsâ€™
command. He forced us off our mining claim and yet he still finds his way to
our dwelling with the most ridiculous of excuses. He arrived today under the
pretence of asking us if it is all right if the RCMP talk to us. He said the
RCMP were investigating him because of my complaint and wanted to know if they
could talk to me. Why couldnâ€™t the other cop just come up if numb nuts here can
just barge right in?

We lost our winter worth of firewood and now have to pay
rent to store our mining buildings since everyone in Canada can use our mining
claim except for us. Henry Proce claims we had it for non-mining purposes when
he has public servants attack us, but he is never able to say what that
non-mining purpose is. I donâ€™t want this liar around me in any circumstance. We
believe he colluded to murder us. We believe this constant activity by Henry is
an attempt to cover up his involvement in an attempt to murder us. When we
complained about his involvement with other public servants in colluding to
harass us, which lead to an attempt to murder us by the â€˜informantsâ€™ Henry had
besetting our dwelling, I was charged with â€˜uttering threatsâ€™ after the RCMP
made up a lie about what I said and charged me with their lie. Typical RCMP
M.O.; commit crimes and lie about it.

Proce has mocked us that no one is ever going to know who
attempted to murder us, that he closed the investigation and that it is none of
our business. He claims he is following orders from his â€˜higher upsâ€™; Burgess
and Wendland. Now that they have cost us thousands of dollars and violated our
right to quiet enjoyment of lawfully acquired property, what is the excuse for
him invading our lives? You canâ€™t dial a phone? Henry Proce drove all the way
to Spruce Grove to ask us where we were going to be this winter and what we
would be doing because a Sgt. McMillan from Vancouver wants to make an appointment
to do an investigation??? What??

So Proce tells me this
McMillan wants to talk to me about me complaining about Proce. Proce wants to
know what it is all about and says that he needed to drive all the way out here
because McMillan doesnâ€™t want to drive all the way out here and not find me
here so he would like to know where I will be this winter and what my plans
are. Everybody on the planet has my phone number and it is even on my website.
Anytime the RCMP want to talk to me about the crimes committed by their
members, they are more than welcome to dial just like everyone else on the
planet does. Public Records show they are pretty adept at dialing up public
servants and making up unfounded allegations. So you are telling me that RCMP
Investigator McMillan canâ€™t dial my number and make an appointment but this guy
is going to carry out an investigation of the guy that tried to have us
murdered by sending the guy that tried to have us murdered out to question us
about what he wants to talk to us about before he does an investigation??? The
investigation was supposed to be carried out a long time ago and no one
contacted us. What happened to Burgessâ€™ investigation? He NEVER contacted us
after I told him I didnâ€™t want Taylor around us since I know he is involved in
grow ops when he terrorized my kids. McMillan can dial my number any time and I
will show him using his own records how they target us.

We are laying charges against
Burgess, Wendland, Proce and their AG goons. To Henry Proceâ€™s higher ups, who
believe we have no rights in this country; you have forced us from our North
Fork mining claim. Your scheme to trash our charter rights, make up lies about
us and defraud us of our property by abuse of process worked, as it always
does. The Mining Office hacked their own computers and compromised their own
security in order to keep me from renewing the license. You boot fucked two
disabled people who committed no crimes and saved the country from us playing
in a mud puddle in the middle of nowhere. Can Proce go play with Goodyear in
Wendlandâ€™s panties and leave us alone now? We have had enough of homo RCMP grow
operators.

Since you both appear to be provincial government agents under the direction of federal government agent Cpl. Proce, it seems most convenient to address both of you in an effort to provide some amount of co-ordination you seem incapable of. In his exuberance, Cpl Proce simply convinces anyone he can to attack us claiming we have the mining claim for non-mining purposes..

Cpl. Proce is never able to state what that non-mining purpose is or what evidence he has of it and what bearing it has on invading my residence and destroying our lives. Since he has laughed at us about the attempt to murder us and told us the investigation is closed and the result is none of our business, we are a little confused at such a concerted and consistent attack to seize a 40 dollar mining claim. Normally when you have something someone else wants, they offer to buy you out.

However, your own act requires you to state what that non-mining purpose is and what evidence you have of that. I need an answer in writing from the two of you stating what this non-mining purpose is and what evidence you have of it. You keep avoiding the question. What is this non-mining purpose you are seizing my property for? Hiking, fishing, meditating, chopping wood or just breathing?

You two keep invading my life claiming I am on Crown land. I am not. I am a private Canadian individual and I am in Canada. I am not the subject of a foreign power, nor do I work for your employer. My sovereignty is vested in me alone and this country is my birthright. The Crown claim to my country is an illegitimate armed invasion and seizure, by adverse possession. A river of blood separates the Britâ€™ish Crown and their Jewish Monarchs from all the moral people of the Earth. If you choose to bow to this foreign power for a pay cheque, that does nothing to legitimize your unlawful exercise of authority. You are part of a foreign owned system of culvertage attacking our country through phoney government and courts with barratry and champerty.

Being well aware of all of this and also aware of the fact that the pedophile freemasons from London calling themselves the Crown scrape the bottom of the barrel and hire retards to attack their fellow countrymen, we do understand how it has come to be that so many lying drug dealing clowns now wear guns in this country. It is our belief that your inspection of our residence amounts to nothing more than continued public harassment, public mischief and an attempt to cover your own culpability in an attempt to murder us. You failed to show up for the last inspection you scheduled. This inspection is of absolutely no use but to cover your tracks. You have already gone in and taken the cells offline so that the licenses cannot be renewed. This means all you are doing is attempting to create a phoney paper trail to cover it all up. The odd thing is that the attempt to murder us caused you to put your inspection off for three months the first time you attacked us, but even though you know this matter is still waiting to be heard by a higher authority in November, you are still adamant about creating a pretend inspection to cover the fact that you have committed computer fraud and taken my cells offline. This renders any decision the Supreme Court makes in November rather a moot point since your actions have insured that I will never have quiet enjoyment of the property that I have legally licensed from your Crown. You are in breech of the contracts you are sworn to uphold.

Why does the Crown not respect its own contracts? You told me the first time you attacked me that nothing I was doing was allowed or disallowed by the Act. This clearly means that you do not have jurisdiction nor authority and as a consequence are in violation of your oath and personally liable for your malfeasance. We are well aware that you continue to attack us to cover your own actions.

It is unfortunate that we appear to have no venue to complain about your actions. A written appeal to the Ombudsman that named all of you provincial public servants and your RCMP masters you are taking orders from, resulted in me being charged with uttering threats. The RCMP actually wrote something completely different and charged me with what they wrote.

Look at what Clint Zimmerman wrote. He fails to communicate the fact that the reason the order was rescinded is because it was unlawful in the first place. The Trespass Act is very specific and Clint had no lawful authority to abuse the Act in the manner that he did which cost us seventeen hundred dollars in lost wood and mining buildings. Rather than apologize for invading our dwelling and unlawfully photographing all of my personal property, he continues to defame our character with his slanderous libel. The lies of RCMP employees abusing their authority to carry out personal vendettas does not constitute evidence. You say you are helping Proce. He claims he is helping you. Do you work for the federal RCMP or does Proce work for the provincial Mining Title Office?

Clint writes that â€œalthough it is still our position that you are using this site in contravention of the Land Actâ€, he is apparently incapable of stating what that is. In fact, he is relying on your hearsay, which is relying on Cpl. Proceâ€™s hearsay that I am using this property for non-mining purposes. You public servants are having one big circle jerk at our expense. My wife and I are Canadians and as evidenced by our communiquÃ©s; extremely patriotic. Perhaps you should be looking at people with connections to foreign powers if you are looking for traitorous terrorists. We are not going to play your paper games with you any longer. On the many occasions that we have sent you emails, letters and posted videos on youtube, you have never bothered to submit our submissions to the Gold Commissioner. This is the reason that I always fax and email anything I send to you to thousands of people so everyone knows you have it. You already have the mining claim and everyone knows that as well. Keep play-acting if you want to but do not invade my residence again. Cpl. Proce says we have no right to privacy and no right to equality before the law. I have the right to defend myself.

I paid you for all the licenses you asked and have other Crown licenses to use this property. As Don Smith relates in his press release, everyone can use these claims for other purposes as well. None of the purposes we use OUR OWN COUNTRY for out here are unlawful. Imagine how you would react if a pair of idiots like you attacked you in YOUR home. You would be outragedâ€¦ just like us. John Hawks (604) 662-1439 has stolen my money and brochures. We have been in correspondence with your
office to determine the nature of the constant attacks by the policing services
you hire. Cpl. Henry Proce has been assaulting us on our lawfully acquired
mining claim, claiming that we have non-mining related buildings and are
occupying the land for non-mining purposes. He refuses to state what this is.

We were told by
his relatives and people that listened to his family planning to shoot us up,
that the local rancher who we share this range with, had his son try to murder
us. Rather than investigate the many times we have been vandalized and our
property stolen and finally an attempt to murder us; Cpl. Proce has had us
under constant attack.

We have just
been forced to give away 8 cords of wood worth 1200 dollars after your police
services unlawfully tried to evict us from the property. It cost 700 dollars to
have a local farmer load my 8x12 mining shack onto a trailer to move it as I
have been unlawfully required to do by the police services Lumby City hires.. It
has cost us thousands of dollars of lost resources and labor to be under
constant attack by your police services. This is on top of property we are constantly
having stolen and vandalized.

We did try to contact Eugene Foisy but
his wife assures us Eugene does not have anything to do with housing, licensing
or land use in Area E. She further told us that knowing there was a grow
operation across the street, he failed to inform the police of the unlawful
activity claiming it was none of his business. That is of course an astute
political move since BC has a 25 Billion dollar a year Marijuana Industry and
that translates to an awful lot of corrupt politicians, police and judiciary.
It also explains why the local constabulary is more interested in a 40 dollar
mining license than an attempt to murder us. Henry Proce pretends to be going
after grow ops, but it appears he is more into attacking Reg Burgess` grow op
competition at the local church. Oddly, Mrs. Foisy told us she would leave a
community if someone drove by her place and shot bullets into her home. She
does strike me more as a person that might insist the local police do something
about it. I wonder how much the fact that her grand-nephew is the prime suspect
in the attempted murder had to do with her comments about running from
criminals?

If you want to
solve crime in Cherryville, I can give you a few hints. First off, you have a
lot of businesses that are simply money laundering efforts. Like the place we
rented from Dawn and Normand Lauze when we first moved here. They had a grow op
that we fed to our goats and yet for some strange reason RCMP Mark Taylor
removed our woodstove from our home when we were not there and terrorized our
children. This seems to be an odd response to feeding a grow operation to our
goats. We still have our videos and our submission to the arbitration board and
their odd response in return.

It seems the
local rancher with the range license that he figures gives him 100% exclusive
use to Crown land does not have many friends in Cherryville. His Uncle Arne and
Aunt Jane were the first to make their way to our door after the murder attempt
to tell us his nephew Randy Prebushewski was responsible for it. They told us
of him drilling down below everyone else and pumping water onto his fields
while they could not even flush their toilets. Nice neighbour. Others told us
of Randy harrowing Crown land by Cherry Creek for farm use. A range license
gives you the right to clear cut and harrow? A range license gives your
children a right to bear arms and kill everything in sight and attempt to
murder your neighbours?

We had a steady
stream of people to our mining claim after the attempt to murder us. One such
individual was a meat cutter that used to work with a local range rancher.
Apparently he had quite the scam going with the insurance companies. According
to the meat cutter; he would buy an old cow from the auction and take it out into
the bush and shoot it. Then he would take off the hind quarters. This removes
the brand and makes it look like hunters just grabbed the back quarters and
ran. He would slaughter another of his good cows and sell the meat under the
table. He would cut the ear with the tag on it off the good cow and put it in
the bush with the corpse of the old cow from the auction. This way they could
â€˜findâ€™ the tag with the old corpse and identify it for insurance fraud
purposes. I could see how such activity might make you nervous about others
sharing the range with you while you commit crimes.

If you want to
curb the grow operations in Cherryville and populate your new Lumby jail, the
best way to do so is to first get rid of your police force. Since all proceeds
of all crime devolve to the Crown, I think the Crown strategy of making a
simple plant illegal is nothing more than a strategy for committing culvertage
against our country.

Having written
extensively on corruption in the government and courts when I was President of
the Alberta Party, I do understand why the RCMP attack me. All one has to do is
read an â€˜unauthorized history of the RCMPâ€™ by Lance Brown to see how corrupt
they are and always have been. The RCMP attack me for lobbying against the
renewal of their contract and lobbying for the creation of a Provincial Police
Force.

The idea behind
not wanting to curb criminal activity in your communities when you are so
dependent on criminal activity to finance your administration is surely a
weighty one. A few years ago, the local paper carried news on the front page
that Lumby High School was scholastically dead last in the province and had the
highest incidence of drug use. The fact that the RCMP headquarters is only two
blocks away, should make you realize what their real itinerary is. Is your
childrenâ€™s future worth the short term profits of drugs?

I have paid for
my licenses to have a camp on this mining claim. My licenses are taxes that are
combined with other taxes we pay as we make purchases, to finance government
and the courts in this country. We do not feel we have gotten anything for our
contribution to society, meagre as it is in our disabled conditions. We seem to
not to be able to get anything from the Lumby community we pay taxes in.

When I was on my
mining claim during the school year, the Cherryville bus refused to come out to
our claim to pick up our son and take him to Lumby School. Being as how he was
on the honours list and even made the principalâ€™s list, the principal tried
hard to see if he could get him a bus ride and yet our child was probably the
only child in BC who was refused transportation to school. In the same way the
drug industries of the British Crown drive out legitimate businesses from our
communities, they drive out scholastic achievement as well. I guess you canâ€™t
make money selling your kids drugs and still expect them to excel
scholastically.

We live at 1351
North Fork Road in Lumby. We took our mining license to the Coldstream District
Office to get the address so we could give it to the Post Office and get postal
service. This seems to be one of the few services that we were able to get. For
some strange reason, the local road maintenance crew does not bother ever
clearing snow or grading the road out to our property at the mining claim, and
yet they send out their police force to constantly harass us about mining
licenses and housing permits. You can take my taxes to send out cops to hassle
us unlawfully but you cant even grade the road or plough it in the winter or
even send a bus to pick up a school kid?

Cpl. Proce has
contacted every government office we deal with in order to make up lies about
us. He also published a lie about us in the paper after the Crown was in
contempt of court and did not schedule us for his phoney charges of uttering
threats after we wrote a written complaint to the Ombudsman. He has not
investigated the attempt to murder us.

We would like to
report some computer crime going on in our government as well. When the MTO
unlawfully seized our mining claim last year, we appealed this decision to the
Supreme Court. The matter is set down to be heard on November 21, 2011, but
apparently your police services and the mining titles office can not wait for
the decision from a higher authority. Is it on the command of the Lumby office
that this cop keeps attacking us with all these bureaucrats?

Rather than go
through the lawful process of seizing my claims, the MTO has now simply hacked
their computer systems and taken my cells offline so I cannot lawfully renew
the licenses. This is in spite of the fact that there are two dozen mineral
claims less than five miles down the road. Surely this is a very serious
compromise to government computer security. If bureaucrats are committing
crimes such as these, then it should be evident that they are perfectly capable
of attempting to murder someone and colluding to cover up their own activities
in relation to it.

While the local
alderman may want to cover up the criminal activities against us, since they
are perpetrated by his own family members, I am not willing to look the other
way while someone tries to murder my family. Neither are we willing to look the
other way when someone tries to murder our neighbours since that means a would
be murderer may well be targeting us next. Why do you look the other way? Is
Mr. Foisy scared of repercussions from his family if he says anything about
their unlawful activities?

Land Titles and Mining Titles Fraud

To all of the
Public Servants that keep attacking us on our mining claim;

What are the
non-mining activities that Cpl. Henry Proce keeps complaining about? I have to
wonder why, when I ask various public servants what licenses I need to do what
I am doing on this property, they keep telling me that I have everything I
need.

The Mining
Titles Office does not say whether it is for hiking, walking my dogs, cutting
firewood or for fishing that they are seizing my mining claim. These are all
lawful activities and I have licenses for firewood and fishing. Perhaps instead
of constantly attacking me and attempting to jump my claim, the Crown could
simply state what other licences I need for what it is I am doing here, and we
could pay them. It seems evident from our paperwork and letters that we have
repeatedly asked in order to be in compliance with any particular relevant
statutes. What is with the determination of these select Crown Agents to remove
us from this property at all costs?

The records show
John Cox, an inspector from Mining Titles, thought our camp was fine and told
us our paperwork was in order and yet Don Smith initiated another complaint
less than two months later. The records show that Don Smith then waited three
months before attacking us on sight, after we were the victims of a drive by
shooting. It can be no coincidence that the attempted murder influenced Don
Smithâ€™s decision to postpone his unlawful invasion of our privacy. When I wrote
a letter of complaint to the Ombudsman, I was charged with uttering threats
after the RCMP purposely changed what I wrote to charge me.

The matter under
dispute with the Mining Titles office is now under appeal to the Supreme Court;
a higher authority. Why can the Mining Titles Office not wait until the process
has been dealt with lawfully by a higher authority? It seems obvious that if I
am to have my property stolen by any minor little unelected bureaucrat making
up lies they can not back up as required to by their own legislation, then an
appeal to the courts is of no functional use. It seems to me the power of the
courts and judges has been usurped by petty bureaucrats abusing their authority
for private purposes. Does the Mining Act forbid disabled people from picking
up rocks as a hobby? Forbid disabled people from making rock jewellery from
semi precious stones found in the stream? Does it forbid anyone from having a
miners license for hobby purposes? Or require anyone to work fulltime on their
claim or leave immediately?

Over 100,000
people joined the Klondike Gold Rush and less than fifty struck it rich. What
is the requirement for the disabled guy to grab buckets and go directly to the
gold and start trotting out the wages of public servants who believe I have
contracted with them for a claim for no other reason than to be harassed with
non-specific charges?

Is it odd that
Cpl. Proce closed the investigation into the attempt to murder us and told us
that the result of the investigation is none of our business and yet he is
persistent in calling every provincial office in an attempt to move us from
this property? We would like Cpl. Proce investigated for attempted murder by
the new bc rcmp complaints office.

A Field Guide to
Gold, Gemstone and Mineral Sites of British Columbia states the following on
Pages 30 to 31;

Incidentally,
the Trespass Act, which everyone thinks they know, but probably donâ€™t, contains
two key sections;

Section 4.1. A person found inside enclosed land without the consent of
its owner, lessee or occupier shall be deemed a trespasser..

Section 6. A person who is, within the meaning of this act, a trespasser or
who continues or who enters again on enclosed land after having been
notified, or required by or on behalf of its owner, lessee or occupier to quit
the land, commits an offence.

What this means
is (a) the property must be enclosed (usually fenced or walled\), and (b) you
are only trespassing is you refuse to leave when told to, or if you return
after being told to leave. If there are â€œNo Trespassingâ€ signs on fenced
property, the law considers you have been notified, and Section 6 applies.

The Crown can not restrict me from
property that everyone else is allowed on, nor can it charge me with trespass
for being on land they have specifically licensed to me. Everyone can use this
claim for non-mining purposes, so it is not clear to us why we can not. Hiking,
collecting firewood, walking our dogs and fishing are all non-mining purposes
for which everyone is allowed to use this property. I also have a Crown permit
to collect firewood and to fish. How can the Crown give me these permits and
then not allow me to be on this property. The Crown must fence and restrict
everyone from my one hundred and fifty acre claim and not sell me a license to
occupy it in the first place if they are going to fence it and place up no
trespassing signs. Why would the Crown want to fence and restrict access to one
hundred and fifty acres in the bush?

Like many other
Canadians, for many years I have hiked on Crown Land in the province that I was
born in. I am disabled and under the Disability Act, not required to work.. Many
days I am unable to get out of bed or my arms, which have been broken off on
the inside at the shoulders, simply do not work. The main focus of my life
since being crushed has been my physiotherapy. Having broken all of my ribs and
crushed my vital organs, I have very little stamina. One of the simple
pleasures I have in my life is going out into the wilderness and going hiking
with my dogs.

Many people come
out here to hike and walk their dogs. My wife and I walk for miles in the back
country, walking our dogs and photographing and picking plants. She is an
Iridologist and Herbalist and has written and is writing books on local plants.
It is perfectly legal for ALL Canadians to walk their dogs and hike the back
country, including the property on my mining claim. Hiking is a non-mining
purpose. If other people have the right to access property I have licensed from
the Crown for mining purposes, then certainly myself, my wife and children do.

Don Smith is
quoted in the paper as saying everyone has a right to camp or hike on a placer
claim. Surely it is not the intent of the placer license to restrict the same
rights to the property that everyone else has. Surely it is the intent of
paying the license that I acquire something more than what I already possess.
No one would buy a license to lose their rights. Especially for something that
is nothing more than a hobby.

Having a placer
mining claim allows one to build a camp a maximum of one acre in size, do
exploration and recover rocks and minerals. It gives the placer miner the
exclusive right to recover placer minerals, but it does not convey any right to
restrict others from using the property for non-mining purposes and it does not
restrict the licensed placer miner from using the property for legal non-mining
purposes either.

I have many
interests in life and many hobbies. Placer mining is simply a hobby for me, it
is not a full time job. The same book quoted above states you have more of a
chance winning the lottery than you do of getting rich by placer mining.
According to the Mining Titles Website, hobby placer miners have doubled their
license sales and it is obvious the vast majority will get nothing for the money
they spent, other than fresh air in the wilderness. To charge them with
trespass after selling them a license to camp, explore and recover minerals and
rocks sounds like fraud.

Speaking of
fraud. Is it fraud for the Mining Titles Office to go into their computer
systems and simply take my mineral and placer claims offline to stop me from
renewing them? One cannot appeal their decision to the Supreme Court when they
simply hack their own computers to stop you from acquiring the license when it
renews. This shows they are trying every means they can to stop me from being
here.

How is it that
John Cox confirmed all of our paperwork was in order and not a few months
later, Don Smith invades our privacy claiming it is not? We spent nearly four
hours talking to John Cox and he gave us nothing afterward. Obviously because
nothing was wrong. Why is Henry Proce attacking us with every office we deal
with. He even called my disability worker, who then called the mining titles
office. What is going on?

The Mines Act
requires the MTO to give details and evidence of non-mining activity that would
force the forfeiture of my claims. To take my claim for cutting firewood,
fishing and hiking is ridiculous. If you are making some other claim, then you
can state what the non-mining purpose is and what evidence you have of that..
You keep acting like you canâ€™t hear me when I ask you what Proce is telling you
our non-mining activity is. Entering our camp without lawful authority and
taking pictures of our private property when we specifically ask you not to, is
invasion of privacy. You did not have a warrant to barge into our motor home.
Nor did you have a warrant or statute to ransack my property.

To say nothing
of the fact that it cost four hundred dollars to remove the danger trees that
John Cox ordered us to get rid of that were left by the logging operation. I
can spend months and hundreds of dollars to clean up someone elseâ€™s mess and
canâ€™t even make a camp? Do I not have the right to provide some level of
security for my camp? It has been vandalized and property stolen many times..

We had five
cords of wood go missing when we left the place the last time. Now we have
given away eight cords of wood and spent 700 dollars to move a square 8x10 shed
with a stove and bathtub in it so that we do not even have the most basic
camping facilities found on any other camp site. Camps and their buildings are
not within the scope of the Mining Act or within the authority of mining
inspectors. All it says is the camp must be left clean and the buildings
securely locked when you leave for the season.

A camp is simply
a place to camp. Camping has nothing to do with any activities carried on in
any tenure. The tenure is for logging, the camp for camping. The tenure is for
mining, the camp for camping. The tenure is for range, the camp is for camping.
When you rent a campsite from the Crown in a provincial camp ground, you are
granted exclusive right to camp in that camp site. There are no restrictions as
to what your motor home or tents are to look like and outhouse, shower and
washing facilities are provided. You will find firewood, clotheslines and kids
bikes in the camp, just like in ours. Incidentally, being disabled, I can stay
in provincial campgrounds for free.

Does the Range
Act give the Range Rancher exclusive right to the range? The right to pollute
the water in the creek with their cows defecating in it? The right to attempt
to murder people who share a tenure and the rest of the country who have every
bit as much right to be here. I thought this was all Crown Land along the
creek. Who harrowed the creek bottom and blocked it off with a log? Can you
clear cut log and harrow Crown land with a range license? The Mining Act
specifically says that a free miners license does not give you the right to
have firearms. Does the Range Act give the ranchers kids the right to drive
around with high powered rifles, blasting at everything that moves?

Crown tenures
are attached to Forestry Free Use Permits to use wood for the purpose of
constructing camp buildings and carrying on tenure related work. ie, you can
cut lumber to build a sluice and you can also cut wood to use for firewood in
your camp and you can cut wood to construct buildings.

Crown tenures
allow .4 hectares, one acre, to construct a campsite. Since my mining tenure is
also on a range tenure, I am required to fence out the range cattle if I do not
want cow excrement and urine in my campsite. Since I have an outhouse for our
own defecation use in order to comply with common decency and health
requirements, it would seem reasonable to ask the range rancher to restrict his
cows to the other 149 acres of my 150 acre tenure. Similarly to ask others
coming out into the wilderness to hike, hunt, fish, camp and escape the city
for a while, to not occupy a camp site that I have been required to upgrade for
my own usage during the term of my tenure.

There are NO
REGULATIONS pertaining to any buildings in a mining camp in the Mines Act.

I learned in
Business Law in a Policy and Environment Course I took in the Bachelor of
Commerce Program at the University of Calgary, that there are three main
elements of a contract; 1) Full Disclosure, 2) Mutual Consideration 3) Mutual
Agreement.

Again and again,
Dr. Joanna Bates stressed to us; if it is not in the contract, it is not part
of the contract. Make sure you get what you want, this is consideration, make
sure you are sure you want to enter the agreement, this is mutual agreement and
make sure that you have explicitly what you want in the contract because a
verbal assurance is not enough. If it is not in the contract, it is not part of
the contract.

Consider this
then, in light of Don Smithâ€™s attack on my camp site and his declaration that
nothing I am doing is allowed or disallowed by the Act. In other words, it is
not in the contract I have with him and not part of the contract. Not being
part of the act, he has no jurisdiction in my camp and in my life and his
invasion is an abuse of authority, a breach of contract and a breech of the
peace. Henry Proceâ€™s constant harassment by bringing everyone he can think of
up here is public mischief and a breech of the peace.

In his book on
placer mining, Garnet Basque shows pictures of what an ideal site would look
like to find a mother lode. It looks as if the drawing was made on this
property. When I found little bits of gold in the milk white quartz, as I
showed John Cox, I became very excited and that is why we licensed the property
for placer and minerals. I did want to get a saw and tumbler and make jewellery
from the semi precious rocks in the creek. Everything we are doing on this
property we asked about first. On the one hand when you call the MTO and ask
about placer mining, they play it up and tell you about the Duteaux family who
spent years looking for gold on their claim, but never gave up and eventually
struck it rich. When you get all their licenses they start to attack you.

Does the mining
titles simply sell licenses to let people find minerals and then simply allow
their employees to use the system to jump other peoples finds? Does it sell
licenses to lands it never allows you to have quiet enjoyment of? This is a
criminal code violation. All of the complaints show we occupy this property on
a seasonal basis and leave it locked up when we go, conforming to the only
guidelines there are in the Mining Act with respect to camps. What right does
Don Smith have to make up things that are not in the Act and then impose them
on me? What right does Henry Proce have to call up all the government offices
we deal with and tell them we are not complying and yet offers no particular
details? What right do people have to try to murder us? And better yetâ€¦â€¦

Why are so many
public servants ignoring us when we ask them about investigating the attempt to
murder us? Don Smith, Mining Titles inspector, seized this property before he
even came out to do an inspection, which was completed before he got here..
Nothing in the Act says we must cooperate with a constant barrage of unfounded
allegations that cannot even be articulated in the first place. Why canâ€™t Don
Smith wait for the Supreme Court decision on November 21, 2011? Why was his
inspection needed immediately after John Cox inspection? Don Smith says he
knows nothing of geology and is just an office administrator. It is obvious he
wouldnâ€™t know a rock on the ground from one in his head. Perhaps if he can
state what the non-mining activity is, we could help him with his
paperwork. These are all valid questions
Don Smith keeps ducking.

Re: Fraudulently arrested once again and tried for the same charge once again. The RCMP printed in the paper I was wanted for uttering DEATH THREATS. I wasnâ€™t even charged with that in the first place..

Dear Sir/s and Madâ€™am/s;

This is to all of you foreign â€œCROWNâ€ Agents operating under color and guise of law, claim of right and adverse possession in my country.I am writing of the ongoing debacle in our lives. The charade of facing charges of uttering threats for writing a complaint to the Ombudsman about our Disability worker and the RCMP colluding to defraud us of our mining claim, and of the RCMP not investigating the attempt to murder us, which they appear to have engineered. If they did not attack us, I would not have to defend myself writing letters to expose their attacks on us in the first place. Leave us alone. As everyone knows I did show up in court to answer these charges. We were given an instruction packet to follow in answering the charges in spite of the fact that I stated at the outset that I did not want to have anything to do with this process. Faced with the prospect of being attacked by armed mercenaries who had already tried to kill us, we did appear at the court house on the appointed dates. Only we followed the rules. The Vernon Law Clerks and court functionaries all violated their oaths of office. A complaint to the Sheriff elicited the response that â€˜we donâ€™t do things like that around hereâ€™ when I indicated the written instructions. Apparently I am compelled to obey while they violate their oaths with impunity. You people hold the law in contempt. We are forced to obey you with guns to our head. Who makes you follow the law?

The RCMP showed up at my daughters home to arrest me. When I refused to go with them they went and got a cell phone and â€œarrestedâ€ me under threat of forcible entry to capture me if I did not comply. I promised the Justice of the Peace by phone, under threat of being detained after armed attack, that I would appear once again to answer the same charges. It sounded like the same JP that violated her oath and did not accept the witnesses I wanted to call after she quoted their allegations in the indictment against me. They never accepted any of our evidence either and claimed they did not receive the fax that apparently everyone else did. Neither would they take it for our file when we brought it into the Vernon law court and they would not affirm any oaths for us in relation to the file as the instructions indicate they are required to do. There is no presumption of innocence in this vile disgusting process. I am now to go to court 202 at Vernon on May 12, 2011 at 9:00 am to answer to a charge with Uttering Death Threats??????? Since when?

I have files from the RCMP, MTO, MHSD, CRA and other public records obtained under FOIA that I am bringing as evidence that these same people who charged me with uttering threats when I wrote a letter of complaint about them to the Ombudsman, colluded to defraud us of our mining claim, defamed our character and defrauded us of funds that we were entitled to from our disability claim. Five bullets flew through our motor home. One of them missed my child by less than two feet. I write a letter about it and get charged with uttering threats for writing a formal letter to the Ombudsman that I also sent to about 50,000 other people in desperation?How is it that all the Crown wants is a psychiatric examination for me? That is the same thing the Attorney General offered my family after we made application for Victims Assistanceâ€¦. Psychiatric examinations for me? Nothing for my family or neighbours? As I said we have no choice but to answer even though we know we are not getting a fair adjudication. I both protest and detest this contemptuous charade. I am simply a fish in the barrel like the rest of your countrymen you attack with these atrocities. What more do you need? I expect you will accept our oaths, evidence and witnesses and supply us with your evidence this time. The original charges said nothing of threatening anyone with death. What is the RCMP warrant about?
We would lay charges against you people ourselves but the law clerks at your courts simply refuse our paperwork and we are not allowed in government offices even to talk to a disability officer so your attack appears to be entirely one sided against two disabled people. You are of no use or value to our society.

On the Horns of the Beast - Cosmic Alignments in our Time - Juune 21, 2012

All of these cosmic alignments coming into play in 2012 are certain to herald in some interesting events on our planet. Many of the great cycles we find when researching the physical history of our Earth; indicate cataclysmic events happen with a certain periodicity that matches the orbit alignments of certain inter stellar massive bodies and yet other events appear to be related to greater alignments within our galaxy and beyond.

The electro magnetic attraction of massive bodies along the field lines of included space give rise to some rather odd behaviour from the perspective of what we perceive as infinitesimally small specks standing on the surface of our mote of dust in the cosmos. Such is an alignment that will occur on June 21, 2012. It concerns the electro-magnetic attraction between Venus and the Earth.

I donâ€™t buy into the misapplication of Rheimannian Geometry to arrive at the idiocies of Einsteinian negative curvatures in positive space, so bear with me if I deal with a reality to which you are not accustomed. Normalizing infinities to zero in order to lend credence to your calculations does nothing more than make the model appear to work. Observations do show us, however, that there are forces that enact upon the surface of our globe when it draws close enough to be influenced by them. That is why the study of the positions of stars in the cosmos is so very important. A fellow time traveller recently pointed out one of these interesting alignements.

Venus and the Earth orbit the Sun with differing periodicities and so the alignments between the Earth and Venus describe some interesting patterns in the calculable universe from our perpective. There appears to be a 729 year cycle in which Aldebaran appears between the Horns of the Beast and it appears to be a collaboration of both outer and inner-stellar spatial objects..

If you watch Venus, from our perspective over a period of eight years, it describes a five pointed star in observable space. This is why the Pentagram has often been used as a symbol for Venus. If you draw a line between the Earth and Venus and watch that line as Venus and the Earth circle the Sun on their different orbital paths you can see there are points in which Venus appears to describe characters in the Cosmos in its retrograde actions..

On June 21, 2012 as we see Aldebaran line up between the Horns of the Beast we see the path of Venus describe the second S in the sky that indicates we are once again lining up such that the added forces of the massive objects significantly impact the surface of our earth with the pressures the exert.

I am told the recognition of this event is the true significance of the Horned Beast hand gesture of the elite. It is not by accident they have so carefully preserved as much genetic material as they can from the face of the Earth and burrowed deep underground in the hope of surviving the coming cataclysm intact. We live in interesting times getting to see first hand the forces that write the historical mysteries we uncover in our investigations into the environment which has given us life.

Counts Potockis, Ignatieffs, the Katyn Forest Massacre and the subversion of Canada

One thing I have learned about the Jews of the Brit'ish Crown of Israel; they like to give themselves titles that indicate
they believe they are not free and equal. Instead; a cut above everybody else with a hereditary right to plunder and
slaughter.

Believing a retarded story script in a self fulfilling destiny has led the sheep of the world to the edge of extinction and

I once rented a house from Count Potocki, son of Count Potocki and Princess Potocka (cousins... family tradition). Anyone
with a Brit'ish title like that is either jewish or of more ancient blue blood; but most of the latter no longer exist.
Another Count Potocki, who was a close Illuminati friend of Adam Weishaupt was burned at the stake at Vilno for converting
back to Judaism. It is hard to know what be-lie-f system they embrace at any one time.

I was intrigued with the dilapidated Potocki estate as soon as I saw it. It rested atop a huge bowl of a field that led up
from the lake and was heavily treed on both sides. Creeks ran down either side of it and a huge artesian pool was in back.
The basement was dug into the embankment and there were gun ports along the back and both side walls. You could not easily
approach this place. The water for the shower was gravity fed from the creek. A second hose was buried and fed into the
artesian pool. The toilet emptied into a covered ditch that ran straight into the creek downstream and directly into the
Arrow Lakes. Properly provisioned, it would be nearly impossible to dig anyone out of there.

I was also intrigued by the stories from the locals about the Potocki's. Whenever they found out we lived out there, many of
them had stories to tell. A few of the local hippies had worked out there. They told of what wonderful people they all were
and they really didnt have to work very hard on their garden and fruit trees and afterward everyone smoked opium and pot that
they grew and ran around naked in the sun. For a few it seemed to have been the halcyon hallmark of a better time.

Many people told me old Potocki was very fit and liked to exercise, often getting his skis on and shushing to the top of the
mountain to gaze down the lake. They told me how he always slept outside whenever he could and remarked that it was odd he
had his bed hidden in the trees outside the back fence under a cover rather than in the back yard. Apparently he was a real
fitness nut. Until I met an old farmer that asked me where I lived and he told me a completely different story. The Potocki's
hired all their labor in Applegrove, in contrast to the slave labor they enforced while in Poland.

When I asked if he had worked for the Potocki's as well, he asked me if I was kidding. He said he wasn't one of those idiot
hippies. I told him I had heard Potocki was a fitness freak. He laughed and said all he knew was the man was scared shitless
of something. He said he came up to see him one evening and nearly had his head taken off with a shotgun. I guess he had
startled the old guy who came out from his bed in the trees talking to him in a foreign language. He said he had met him on
top of the mountain on a few occasions when he was out hunting and wondered what he was watching for up the lake. Made me
start wondering about it and then I got curious because of the sudden interest and activity of my landlord who never came out
to his abandoned property. (Therein another story that is already written on my blog.)

I have always loved to read and I read everything automatically. Before I parked a tractor on my head, I had a photographic
memory... until I exposed a bit of film. I once went to visit a banker friend and was sitting across the desk when he noticed
me looking at his desk and asked me what I was looking at. I told him I was looking at his financials. I used to write
financial apps for banks and insurance companies and processed millions of transactions. I could look at a few pages of
figures and know whether the totals made sense without having to add them individually. He said it was odd I could read so
quickly upside down. After that he employed me to accompany him and tell him what I saw. I could close my eyes and give him
everything. I declined an invitation to work with his friends in London. Anyway, I am always intrigued with writing.

So I was most curious when I found parts of an old printing press and many sheets of the oddest 'Christian' literature. The
odd thing about it was that none of the stories were from the New Testament and yet it was titled Christian Childrens
Stories. I thought that was odd since the Old Testament is Judaism and the New Testament is Christianity; which is merely a
refutation and opposition to Judaism. It intrigued me that someone would print Old Testament stories and call it Christian
stories. Among the refuse were very many books written in different languages. Many of them rotted, but a few boxes still
intact under the pile. A lot of handbills written in Polish and German.

I later wondered if much of Division N propaganda was actually written in Canada. I know that the RCMP were in Vladivostock
in 1918 to provide police services to the Bolsheviks from New York during the Financial takeover of Russia by New York Jews.
They were stoned by Vancouver longshoreman on their way home in a rush to get shipped back to Manitoba to break a province
wide strike by starving Manitobans. The history of the foreign owned RCMP shows them mostly to be employed as strike breakers
and any time there is opposition to the courts ruling a corporate takeover of peoples resources and land. Foreign hired
mercenaries attacking their own people.

I can't recall all of the details now, but a few of the books I read and loved. There was a copy of Candide by Voltaire. What
a treasure! Im Holle mit de Toifel. hmm. Survival books, mostly in French, a few in Spanish, Polish and German. Hebrew Old
Testament. A most curious little diary called a Katholic Kombatants Kalendar. Inside the diary; lists of names and tickets to
London, Geneva and Tel Aviv. A map of Poland with intriguing notes and x's drawn all over it. Lists of names and pictures of
army? officers, many of them checked off. A book on Navigators that appear mostly to be old Chivalric and Freemasonic Orders.
The neatest thing to me by far was all the letters from Europe and information on the Micah Dam.

Potocki had acquired and cut up quite a few properties in Applegrove and was promoting the highway through to Castlegar and a
bridge across the Columbia at Needles back in the twenties. Made me wonder how long they had actually been out there because
the Potocki's never left Poland until the Russians moved in at the end of WW2 and Bernie was born in Poland. I always thought
it odd that in his application to have me removed from the property because he had decided to move his son in there after I
fixed the place, he told the Arbitrator he wanted his birth right back. Why would a Polish Jew refer to my country as his
birthright? And what was the strange table that had written on it; Merry Christmas Atta and Rula; September 11, 1982. Why did
these people think September 11 was Christmas? If anyone knows of celebratory dates of Global Navigators, I would appreciate
a list. It appears to be generated by Kabbalistic algorithms of Hebrew numerology; for those that have knowledge of numbers
like David 666.

I didn't really learn all that much about the Potocki's while I was at their derelict estate. We put a lot of work into the
place and then were unlawfully evicted after me being assaulted and my vehicle destroyed. We had fended off two evictions at
arbitrations because Count Potocki had got caught up in lies and lost them. Then the Nakusp office conveniently 'lost' my
arbitration and evicted us with another. I wonder how much the Count paid for that? I was crushed under a tractor trying to
move my things on a trailer since my vehicle was broken down. Should have never had to move. Potocki got a lot of free labor.
Anyway, in the middle of fighting the evictions and trying to prove that 'Bernie the pile' as his co-workers referred to him,
was lying, I came across some intriguing things. Anyone that has lived on the Arrow Lakes knows of the terror campaign of BC
Hydro and the Courts to seize everyone's property. Many people had allodial title to their land and lived on a verdant river
bottom that was once the bread basket and fruit orchard of BC. Potocki had one of the few orchards planted high enough to
avoid the new level of the lake. He imported many rare fruit trees and planted them way up higher than everyone else. All of
which we pruned and nurtured back to life. The place he was at is called Apple Grove and his is the only orchard that did not
end up under water. Having information on how high the water was going to go beforehand gave him a heads up as to where to
acquire land and survive the coming land grab.

Of course, no one had allodial title after the land grab was over, and that was a major concern for the Brit'ish Crown of
Israel Bankers and Lawyers from the Crown Temple in London. It was also the reason they imprisoned the Japanese and the
Dhoukobors in Brit'ish Columbia, so they could seize their land and register the title to the Crown Titles Office. Outright
judicial theft is the more appropriate term. It is a system of culvertage designed to reduce our nation to a feudal state
left over from the dark ages through forfeiture and degradation.

When checking into Potocki's land title, I was most intrigued to find that Potocki never lost any of his land, unlike all of
his hapless neighbours. There was instead, a most curious conveyance. Curious, because the number indicated it was not on an
adjacent property. Further investigation showed that the Keenlyside Dam had an agreement to park water on his land, but if
and when the water goes back down, the land is still Potocki's. Strictly speaking though, Crown 'common theft' lands are held
as the 'common wealth' of gods chosen. Hey, dont believe me? Says right there in their book that they wrote and own the
copyright to and distribute for free. Now when a group of bankers and lawyers give you something for free, you should kinda
know; um... hey baby.. heads up! These are the people that write the government propaganda you are inundated with.

The freemasonic connection gives the Navigators the ability to move freely among religious organizations, military
organizations, governmental organizations with ease. This is because this secret society backs each other with death oaths.
Most freemasons are wonderful gentlemen, just as most jewish people are wonderfully cultured and non religous. However, good
freemasons are rather like jewish sayanim, in that they feel an obligation to protect people of a 'supposed common bond'
without knowing what they are truly up to. As JFK said; secret societies should never be allowed to exist among a free
people. They permeate our government and courts.

The Grand Master of the Brit'ish Crown Temple that rules our country is Robin Griffith Jones, a high level free mason and
Anglican Priest. This is the Church that owns the Inns of Temple Court legal industry BAR Mitzvah (sons of the divine law)
Organization. This BAR formed the unlawful de facto government and courts of Canada. The corporate banks and courts and the
share holders of these entities registered on the SEC have legislated themselves out of any barriers to common decency and
now the country is entirely plundered while only bankers, lawyers and government drug dealers are making any money. The 'Rule
of Law-yers' has usurped the natural law of 'rule by jury of free men only when there is an injured party' and self-governing
at all other times. Government is meant only to govern our out of control civil service.

It doesnt take much to see what an atrocity our courts are. Posters of Justice blindfolded. Lawyers playing pin the tail on
the donkey or so the good lady can't see the Family Court judges making porn movies in the back room? The criminal code
defines justice as a 'judge'. Oh goody, a blind judge. Maybe I will just ride over with a blind cab driver and hope I dont
get pulled over by a blind cop with a fukn loaded gun lookin for his sugar donuts. What a charade. The more I learn of the
Canadian judiciary and justus system, the more disgusted I am that they purport to do this shit in my name. I wonder why it
never occurs to government employees that they are purposely destroying their friends and neighbours for a pay cheque?

My apologies for the peregrination, but I wanted to illustrate a few of the things I have to say against a slightly larger
back drop. If you have read 'The Myth of the Twentieth Century' by Alfred Rosenberg, 'The Real World Conquerors' by Louis
Maraschenko or 'The Secret Holocaust' by Eustace Mullins, you will have an appreciation of a factual historical background of
human history. 'The rulers of Russia' by Reverend Fahey, intimates rather odd connections by people who change their names as
they change their countries. From New York to Moscow the rulers went from being; Bronstein to Trotsky, Zederbaum to Martoff,
Apfelbaum to Zinoviev, Rosenfeld to Kamenoff, Helphand to Parvus, Nathanson to Bohrin and then were succeded by Djugashvili
to Stalin and finally returned home to become ruler as Soetoro to Obama. And thus was born a new Obama-nation.
As we came under attack by Bernie Potocki I began to wonder what truly motivated him. When his neighbour attacked us t
o cover
her interest in what else; RCMP grow ops, we wondered if he had a connection to them. I rather think not as I think only
Lillian and Ken were involved with the cops in that, which is why they weren't charged for assaulting me or ramming my
vehicle in my own driveway.

Bernies first trip down to see us he said was because of Lillians complaints. He saw all the work we had done and never said
anything more at that time. She started to complain about all the metal and glass on the beach. I never even put it there as

program for doing inspections, so could spend a lot of time noticing the house rather than filling out papers.

Other than the obviously military design to the layout of the house on the property, I subsequently began to think about the
vacant spots one could see in the structure, the uniquely constructed fireplace; which would survive the destruction of the
wood component and also contained a huge vacant space which I assumed was the largest plenum ever constructed into a stone
fireplace. Also of interest was the sand food storage pit in the cold room in the basement. I suppose I should have examined
the closets for exposed screws that indicate a panel is designed to be removed. It always struck me as odd that the fireplace
did not seem to circulate very well and I subsequently began to wonder if the plenum were indeed an empty space. The landlord
had suggested that we not use the vegetable pit after I cleaned all of the cat shit out of it saying it was contaminated. I
told him that I was planning on replacing the sand with some from the beach and he made the remark that he thought that I was
changing too many things. It wasn't until I discoverd that Count Potocki had absconded with an estimated USD two billion from
Poland that I started wondering about all the oddities, but that was quite a while after I had left the property and was
recuperating my injuries.

Looking into the Potocki family history after the bizarre attack by Bernie and the RCMP, I discovered Count Potocki had owned
the Royal Lippezan stallions on his 150,000 acre estate in Poland. At the outset of the war with Hitler, the German High
Command moved in with Count Potocki at his estate. Throughout the war, every other estate in Poland was raised to the ground,
while Potocki accumulated much property. When the Russians moved in five years later, Potocki moved out with 600 railway
crates of his property estimated to be worth USD two billion. He moved to Vienna, then to Geneva and finally disappeared off
the face of the earth. After I learned that I started wondering about how he would move that fortune and how he would hide it
when he got to where he was going.

Count Potocki settled on a modest estate of 180 acres in Applegrove with his cousin and wife Princess Potocka and their son
Count Bernie, fourteen miles south of Fauquier. It was researching Count Potocki that I first came across Count Ignatieff. I
was intrigued at how the Ignatieff's had also left Russia with a fortune and landed in Canada. These also have parallel
history to the Potocki's, though the secret Navigator Count Michael may soon be new Brit'sh Crown ruler of Canada. Let's hope
Count Ignatieff does not follow Count Potockis lead when it comes to fixing our highways that are so badly in need of repair
with slave labor as he did in Poland during the thirties.

Regardless of all that, we have arrived at the real reason for the article. I learned many amazing facts about the Potockis
while I was researching them. I often wonder if a fortune lies buried on the Potocki property. Many years ago I had heard of
the Katyn forest massacre and the controversy that raged back and forth between whether it was the Germans or the Russians
who committed the atrocities against the ruling class of Poland; many of whose sons were the army officers executed in the
Katyn Forest. It is certain that most of the disruption in Poland was caused by Navigator directed Division N operatives,
most of whom subsequently integrated into Interpol and its interconnected alphabet soup and defense league agencies.
I have never quite figured out if the Potockis were wanted for war crimes by the jewish survivors of Zolynia and Wilno, or
whether they were claiming to be victims. Their family history shows them to be both Jews and Catholics, so it is hard to try
to comprehend loyalties against these major divisions that resulted in the world wars in the first place, against the hidden
deceptions of a people embroiled in the vagaries of secret oaths for centuries. Where do hidden loyalties begin and end and
at what point are they overshadowed by personal greed and a millenia of hatred? All the various sects of Jewry appear to hate
each other as much as all the sects of all the other religions do as well.

I think about the sand pit, the fireplace and the old foundation and wonder if a fortune lies buried there. I wonder about
the map that showed where synagogues were located and the lists of people and places. Knowing that many of the Polish
Officers must have come from the places marked off on the map, I truly wonder exactly what did happen to them. Hitler was
purportedly a grandson of Rothschild. This is certainly consistent with the stated strategy of Brit'ish Israel in their
Zionist propaganda to play both sides against the middle. We are in fact badly coerced to fight each other by our governments
which are controlled by the exact same dual citizenship players from foreign nations. It is likely there was participation
from both sides by those who operated with hidden agendas that transcended the loyalties of their nation to the diaspora of
another.

The Brit'ish Crown of Israel and their Jewish Monarchs have been the worlds largest drug dealers for centuries. That is why
RCMP grow operations are the largest industry in British Columbia and our children are dying in an illegal and undeclared war
in an ancient jew/arab strugglwe over opium poppies in Afghanistan. All of these religious wars are fought for financial gain
and the greatest weapon is drugs and disease. A quick read of the Old Testament shows us that. We in Canada need to recall
what has happened in Europe on two occasions.

In North America, we have 75% of the worlds lawyers and 25% of the worlds incarcerated prisoners. An exact parallel to
Germany before eighteen million Germans perished along with seventy million Christians, Moslems and Aetheists. The Canadian
Armed Forces is defined as Her Majesties forces raised by Canada in the Canadian Criminal Code. They are no more than cannon
fodder to be offered up on an altar of deceit and sent home as a poppy covered corpses in mocking hubris toward a despised
enemy. We have a Supreme Court where 6 of 9 Justices are dual citizens of another country. Matthew 6:24 is their writing. The
Supreme Law they follow is the Bank of International Settlements Immunity Act, which transcends the Brit'ish N/A Act that is
shoved down our throats and gaurantees that Swiss Bankers are above our laws and their stolen property can not be touched.
Will we ever know what really happened at Katyn? I suppose it is too long ago and forgotten to be of any interest to anyone
other than a historical researcher, but I have thousands of years of hu-man his-story connected in my program and I dislike
it when the connections don't fit. My computer constantly raises interesting questions but some appear to be too interesting.
Makes me wonder when old supposedly dead his-story gets met with such violent opposition. Jeez, its not like I am saying that
the claim in the Talmud that the Romans killed six billion jewish babies is incorrect, but that does seem a trifle large for
the ordinary algebra of those who realize the earth contained less than a billion in total at the time.

Count Bernard bragged to me when he rented me his property that he spoke six languages. I know from talking to locals that he
was educated at the local school in Edgewood and has always spoken perfect English. At our hearings however, he requested an
interpreter claiming that he was not fluent in English, which he learned prior to attending and being educated locally. Oddly

never incurred any of the debts in the first place. We all know this place is not going to change without a few right
honorable people getting boot fucked and told that our families are not theirs to prey on. Unless we want our children
fighting RCMP officers; garnered from the traitors among ourselves, decked out like Israeli Defense Forces murdering
Palestinian children trying to protect all they have with handfuls of gravel, we better quit ducking and running.
